1. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are made through our website and confirmed upon full payment. Prices include VAT where applicable.

2. Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.

3. Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver surprises at the exact time requested. However, slight delays may occur due to traffic or weather conditions.

4. Alcohol Policy

Champagne is only available to recipients aged 18 and over. Proof of age may be required upon delivery.

5. Liability

Pleasantly Surprised will not be held responsible for events beyond our control, including third-party issues or unforeseen circumstances affecting delivery.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update our services or product components while maintaining equivalent or greater value.
